The 4th Annual Womensphere Global Summit will convene emerging women leaders across a wide range of disciplines, academic institutions, and industries, who are focused on investing in their personal development as leaders and innovators, and who are actively engaged in creating positive impact in the world through their chosen discipline or industry.
Womensphere will convene emerging leaders and innovators to build community, forge enduring connections, enable collaborations to create impact, and work together on an actionable agenda for CREATING THE FUTURE by the next generation of women leaders.
We aim to foster the necessary education, exchanges, partnerships, connections, collaborations, and initiatives to enable greater impact and success by the next generation of women leaders.
Womensphere Global Summits aim to create inspiration, education, and connections for emerging women leaders, in line with Womensphere’s purpose of unleashing potential, creating opportunity, inspiring impact, and transforming the world.
This year’s additional goals are around community, collaboration, impact, and creating a platform that enables participants to collaborate on working together on an actionable agenda for the evolution of our global society, and the evolution of women’s leadership and innovation globally.
Delegates will benefit from:
• Connections with over 100 distinguished speakers & Womensphere Award Honorees over three days
• Career Fair and Nonprofit Fair – There will be recruiters and representatives from Fortune 500 companies, social enterprises, and NGOs and non-profits
• Mentoring Circles – There will be assigned Mentors (CEOs, professionals and successful executives, innovators, entrepreneurs, as well as Summit Speakers) joining and co-hosting each Circle as Mentors.
This Summit will be about building a community of emerging women leaders across sectors and disciplines, including emerging women leaders across the premier academic institutions (both graduate and undergraduate) around the world, as well as young women professionals and emerging women leaders across international organizations, companies, entrepreneurial ventures, social enterprises, BCorps, non-profits, NGOs, and the public sector.
SUMMIT MAIN DAY AND MODULES
The Womensphere Emerging Leaders Global Summit’s Main Day features plenaries around the themes and topics listed below. All topics will be covered in a plenary session. Delegates will have the opportunity to participate through speaker Q&A and discussion circles taking place during each session. The program also offers ample opportunities to network and build connections with speakers, fellow delegates, NGO representatives, academic representatives, and company representatives across disciplines and industries.
In addition to the Main Day of the Summit, the Summit’s two Modules enable Delegates to participate in forums focused on specific disciplines and industries, providing interested Delegates with opportunities to do more focused networking and immersion across institutions, companies, and industries.

We invite interested emerging women leader Delegates and Professional Mentors to register for one of four things. Descriptions are laid out below.

We encourage all interested Delegates and Professional Mentors to RSVP early to avail of the discounted super-early registration and discounted registration to the Summit.
DELEGATES
We are inviting emerging women leaders from the following areas to join the Summit as Delegates:
- Premier graduate academic institutions – official student delegates
- Premier graduate academic institutions– self-registered/self-sponsored delegates
- Premier undergraduate academic institutions, colleges – official student delegates
- Premier undergraduate academic institutions, colleges– self-registered/self-sponsored delegates
- Corporations and companies (across industries) – young professionals and emerging leaders
- NGOs and governmental organizations (across sectors) – young professionals and emerging leaders
- Emerging women entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs
Academic institutions (both graduate and undergraduate) are invited to send a delegation of both their top female students, as well as female student leaders who are among the most actively engaged in the community across all disciplines, from science and technology, to law, business, and public policy, to the liberal arts.
Companies and organizations are invited to send a delegation of their high potential emerging women leaders, as well as professional mentors.
PROFESSIONAL MENTORS
We have opened 50 places for Professional Mentors to participate in the Summit this year.
Professional Mentors are professionals who are Senior Associate-level or Manager-level and above from corporations, NGOs, and the public sector, as well as successful entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs.
Professional Mentors are interested in actively participating in the forums and discussions at the Emerging Leaders Global Summit, and interested in mentoring emerging women leaders.
Professional Mentors are invited from a wide variety of fields – from business, finance, marketing, strategy, science, medicine, engineering, media, digital applications, startups, environmental organizations, public policy, NGOs, the public sector, as well as academia.

SUPER-EARLY REGISTRATION FOR MAIN DAY OF THE SUMMIT

(There are 50 places allocated for Professional Mentors for the entire Summit, available on a first come, first served basis.)

This adds $95 to the Main Day Summit Registration Price for both Delegates and Professional Mentors.
We can accommodate a a limited number of places for each Module - the first 100 for each of Module 1 or Module 2 – on a first come, first served basis.
ADDITIONAL TWO MODULES:
MODULE 1 - BUSINESS, MARKETING, FINANCE & CAPITAL MARKETS DAY, AND
MODULE 2 - SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY DAY
This adds $180 to the Main Day Summit Registration Price for both Delegates and Professional Mentors.
We can only accommodate an additional 100 Delegates/Professional Mentors to participate in taking both modules.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Womensphere has already reached our quota of full scholarships to the Summit, and have extended scholarships through a competitive selection process.
We ask sponsoring institutions – academic or corporate - to fully cover or partially cover the cost of delegate participation at the Summit, or alternatively, or delegates to find other sources of sponsorship to participate in the Summit. Please be mindful of the registration deadlines.
VOLUNTEERING AT THE SUMMIT
At this time, there are no volunteer opportunities at the Summit.
